About Leading Blue: leadership is everything to the organization; it is the organization. It is how we create exceptional agencies and bring them and our people to a higher level.

There is a world of leadership studies out there, but very little of it reaches the law enforcement industry. Leading Blue was created to bridge this gap. The vision of Leading Blue is to have a transformative impact on law enforcement by providing high-quality training on the modern-day tenets of leadership and the possibilities that come with ideas and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Our first offering, High-Performance Leadership, was very warmly received by law enforcement professionals of all ranks. The one-day program focuses on the critical leadership concepts most needed in law enforcement. Our instructors are all certified by the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Training Standards.
