The workshop, held over four hours. Attendees included residential care workers working in the non profit sector that included, team leaders, and frontline employees—all united by the common goal of improving their conflict management skills.

Background and Objectives

In today's fast-paced work environments, conflicts are inevitable. Whether stemming from interpersonal differences, miscommunication, or organizational changes, conflicts can escalate and lead to significant issues such as decreased productivity, low morale, and even violence. Recognizing these challenges, the CVPSD developed this workshop to address the critical need for effective conflict resolution skills.
