April 24, 2025 — The Center for Violence Prevention and Self Defense (CVPSD) is proud to announce it has been awarded a federal contract to provide Onsite Self-Defense Training, including both Basic and Advanced Natural Control Response Tactics, to federal law enforcement and non-law enforcement employees. This initiative underscores the government’s commitment to workplace safety and the well-being of its personnel across diverse roles.
CVPSD, a registered contractor with the United States, specializes in delivering high-quality, evidence-based self-defense and violence prevention programs tailored for government agencies and the private sector.
The awarded contract will enable federal organizations to access hands-on, scenario-driven training at their own facilities, ensuring employees are equipped to recognize, prevent, and effectively respond to threats in the workplace.
Self Defense Training Program Highlights:
Threat Recognition & Prevention: Training in early warning signs of aggression and de-escalation techniques.

The Natural Control Response Tactics curriculum is designed for rapid learning and retention, accommodating employees of all sizes, strengths, and experience levels.
